What Does Dynamic Mean?

Dynamic Pilates means we use the foundations of Pilates such as core strengthening and controlled movement, with an added intensity level giving you a full body workout.

Using the springs as resistance, we focus on teaching proper form and technique, as well as incorporating strength training. Classes flow more compared to a traditional Pilates class.

We can help you manage your pain - Consistent movement with resistance training on the Reformer helps you build strength to support your body and manage dull aches and pains.

What to expect - Our expert trainers will guide you through your 50 minute class, making sure you get the best from every exercise. We also provide modifications for those who need it, allowing everyone to participate.

We will make sure you leave each class feeling energised and motivated to keep up with your fitness journey.
