Pre and Postnatal Training

Exercising Pre and Postnatal is normal, healthy and strongly advised by Doctors and Exercise professionals.

One reason is to maintain a healthy body and mind, but also to give you a more comfortable birthing experience and to build up your confidence. Strong core and pelvic floor muscles are vital and that’s what we can help you with along with all the other benefits exercise can give.

Understandably it can be daunting when trying to figure out what you can and can’t do. The good news is, you are able to do most things, depending on which trimester you are in.
